What the exam assesses
The assessment engine is instructed to grade like a matriculation censor: stricter than school, and weighted towards the evidence the subject expects. In this subject that evidence is: References to legislation (e.g. the constitution, the Consumer Protection Act), the competence of institutions, economic mechanisms and current examples.
